Trends in Anti-dumping: First Decade of WTO

This is a welcome trend as there is scant support in economic literature for anti-dumping action. The trend might well indicate the effectiveness of WTO’s dispute settlement machinery in recent years. WTO has ruled against several anti-dumping measures in recent times finding the actions of national antidumping authorities incompatible with WTO rules.
